I have been a customer of Blue Lagoon for over seven years now. I have had a few technicians over the years. I have also met and worked with the owner at various times. I have been very pleased with the quality of work done on my pool and with my regular maintenance. The technicians have always been courteous and thorough. The owner has always been responsive and cares about the quality of service provided. Great company to work with.

Blue Lagoon has provided the ABSOLUTELY BEST pool service we have received in 25 years. It has made an incredible difference to be working with a pool service company that has the expertise to go beyond adding chlorine tablets and brushing the pool surface, especially for a 30-year old system. We called Blue Lagoon 3 months ago, after it became clear our prior service did not have the capability to provide needed repairs. We were paying for weekly service, leaving phone messages and emails with photos about what was going wrong, and no repairs were being scheduled: valves were leaking, pool cleaner wasn't moving, water-leveler wasn't working, pool was turning green, and the motor on the filter finally blew out!! Within 15 minutes of evaluating our situation on-site, Nick, the Blue Lagoon project manager, had already done more for the health of our pool than two pool service teams had done in decades. Within a week the leaky valves were replaced, the pool water was sparkling, and the water-leveler working. It has been fabulous to have the pool back in swimmable shape.

Pool technician, Ryan, was excellent. He provided a clear explanation of the status of the pool and suggestions for improving the overall performance of the pool. Also providing maintenance suggestions that may help to save money.

We first use blue Lagoon last year to acid wash. Our Pool did a fabulous job. Ryan was our Technician, polite, kind, and helpful Today Ryan came out to look at some tile for us that had some color discoloration advised how it can be resolved and addressed some black algae that was beginning to pop up Provided some advice to assist the sand filter in keeping that clean, which was very helpful. Did not know about that so appreciated that information polite knowledgeable young man even played with the dogs would highly recommend blue lagoon and Ryan.

Our pool turned green before our vacation. Made a phone call and they Ryan at our house within 30 minutes! He inspected everything and had a plan for our pool within an hour. Our pool was back to swimmable within a couple days. Ryan is very knowledgeable and has amazing customer service! This is our pool company for life.

This review isn't based on just one job done well by Blue Lagoon. This review is based on their performance over a wide spectrum of jobs. Blue Lagoon repaired my spa heater, replaced my autofill, resurfaced my cool deck, tinted my spa cool deck, and replaced/plumbed in my waterfall pump. In each and every instance the result was a job well done. I consider Blue Lagoon's pricing to be very reasonable and a real bargain when you consider the quality of their work. In other words, you get more than what you pay for. The staff that I dealt with, Quincy and Nick, were extremely skilled and knowledgeable. More importantly, they were never in a rush and spent as much time as was necessary to answer all my questions and explain exactly what needed to be done and why. For these reasons, I highly recommend Blue Lagoon. They're a top-notch operation.

I have used Blue Lagoon Pool for all my service needs. They are so professional and prompt with their service. Most important to me is they show up when they say they will and leave the area looking better than when they showed up. It's the East Valley, and there are thousands of pool companies but this is the only one that has checked all my boxes and I have pretty elevated standards.
