We had another large scale pool company cleaning our pool who was overpriced and often our pool looked as if it had been unattended to. Our pool had turned into a gross algae-filled pond and I called around to get estimates to bring it back to normal. Joseph at GID Pools not only had the most reasonable price, but he went above and beyond over many weeks to get our pool back to a crystal clear blue, which I had doubts was even possible. I have continued to work with Joseph and GID Pools for regular weekly pool maintenance including a few repairs and he has always been extremely professional, timely, courteous, helpful and hard-working. Our pool was in really rough shape after continual turnover in previous unreliable pool companies. We found Joseph at GID pools several months ago and our pool has never looked better.
